As a skilled IT support professional with a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, I have cultivated a robust background in technical support and IT infrastructure since early 2022. I began my career as an IT Assistant, where I provided fundamental technical support. I subsequently advanced to a more technical role, concentrating on the monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure with a strong emphasis on system stability and security.
In my most recent position as a Support Analyst within the banking sector, I offered helpdesk support for internal systems utilizing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and FluidNow. My responsibilities included managing user platforms like FluidNow and Adobe Sign, collaborating with Adobe’s U.S. support team to resolve complex issues, and documenting detailed processes to enhance our internal knowledge base and team training. I am highly motivated to continue my professional development and advancement within the IT field.
